Vincent van Gogh Day Retreat

Vincent van Gogh

Patron Saint of Illumination

"I want to do drawings which touch some people…I want to progress so far that people will say of my work: “he feels deeply, he feels tenderly…” (Vincent van Gogh)

Come and explore the life, ministry and artistic vocation of this brilliant and tormented luminary. A man of broken wholeness/holiness, Vincent knew the color of Love and with it he illuminated the human condition and the beauty of God’s creation. Enter into his deeper understanding of life so that through his art we may come to feel more deeply and live more tenderly, with greater compassion.
